- On your phone: tap “Add to Apple / Outlook” (or “Add to Google Calendar” on Android) — the CVF calendar stays updated automatically.
- Pick your times: head to the shift sign-up board to claim the hours that work for you.

For admins — keeping Google Calendar in sync
The CVF feed is generated live from the same event list that powers the volunteer sign-up board, so it always matches. Subscribe to it once instead of importing a file — imports are a one-time snapshot and go stale as soon as an event changes.
- In Google Calendar on a computer, click + Other calendars → From URL.
- Paste the CVF feed URL below and click Add calendar.
- Set it to “Make available to public” so volunteers can see it.
